09/23/2009 (2 years ago)Hi Lani! Thanks for your comments. The kitchen you are referring to is also featured in the post – “Family heirloom on Wisconsin lake” which you can find on our site. The hanging light fixutres are from Troy Lighting. The bar seating however was client supplied. Let us know if we can be of more assistance. Jim Drury

09/22/2009 (2 years ago)I just love the kitchen on the bottom right photo of page 7! I would like to know a source for the bar stools and the hanging lantern-style pendants. Thanks!

08/24/2009 (2 years ago)Hi Debra:
Thanks for your inquiry. I am sorry but we cannot help you with your question regarding the bar stools. Drury Design did not design the kitchen that you referenced in your comment, so I have no idea where the stools were sourced.
As for the bar stool back heights they all differ. We genearlly put bar height tops at 42″ so you would want the bar stool seat to be around 6″ less or about 34 – 36″ high. Good luck with your project.

08/24/2009 (2 years ago)On page 94 “Updated Victorian” there are some red leather stools which I love. We are redoing our kitchen and I would love to find something like that. Any idea of where the couple featured found them? I would appreciate any direction for bar height stools with a back like these. Thank you.

08/05/2009 (3 years ago)I saw a fabulous red cabinet that you used in a kitchen that was featured in a recent Great Kitchen and Bath Ideas magazine.
Jim was exceptionally friendly and helpful in identifying the cabinet maker and the wood for me since I live in California.
Your design work and service are wonderful.
Thank you very much! Jackie
