Delivering a Sub-Zero refrigerator to the second floor porch of a Chicago brownstone – via a crane truck – is all in a day’s work for Rick. Responsible for everything that happens on our job sites, Rick calculates installation costs, coordinates crew schedules and monitors each installation’s progress. After the project is complete, Rick arranges repair service for products still under warranty.
