Margo Matthew, director of grants at Bridge Communities, said, “We looked forward to the Kitchen Walk this year. We thank the six generous homeowners for welcoming the community in to enjoy their beautiful kitchens. Bridge is truly grateful to be the beneficiary of Baird & Warner Glen Ellyn’s GoodWill Network project. Thanks to Carrie Morris, John Matthews and all of the realtors at Baird & Warner, the Bridge Builders, and to Drury Design for providing the perfect venue as the finale to a perfectly executed event.”

Carrie Morris, a Baird & Warner realtor and the Glen Ellyn Kitchen Walk Chair, said, “This year’s event was wonderful. Thanks to the six homeowners who opened their houses for the day. The weather cooperated and the crowds came. I really would like to thank all the Glen Ellyn Baird & Warner Realtors and staff for their assistance. Many hands worked together to make this a wonderful event that raised $8000, which will fund tutoring for five children for a year or 16 car repairs to help Bridge families get to work and school.”
