Celebrating 35 Years of Kitchen & Bath Design
Customers, craftsmen, materials suppliers and vendor partners helped us celebrate the milestone on a starry night in early October.

We really enjoyed working with customers Mike and Kim Parmelee on their new kitchen, which is now on the wall at our showroom in Glen Ellyn.
Our celebration cake was baked by senior designer Diana Burton, who just happens to be a baking wizard. The cake featured Italian meringue buttercream icing with chocolate and almond layers.
Company founder Gail Drury, pictured here with husband Jim Drury, started Drury Design in the couple’s basement. To date, Drury Design has executed more than 3,000 kitchen and bath (and more) projects in Chicago and beyond.
Drury Design Purchasing Manager Dolores Wozniak was recognized for 30 years of service. Dolores plays a major role in shepherding a range of moving parts within virtually every project we do!
Drury’s VP of Operations, Rick Windgassen, was honored for 20 years of service. Rick’s expertise and commitment to quality are the hallmarks of many a kitchen, bathroom, family room, bar, game room, etc. in Chicagoland and beyond!
Gladys & Carl Schanstra, new owners of Drury Design for almost a year, are excited to guide the company through another era of success. Gladys started her career at Drury Design and won numerous design awards with her own firm, Schanstra Design Group, before returning to Drury.
