JazzFestThe McAninch Arts Center and 90.9fm WDCB Listener-Supported Public Radio, in partnership with Karnes Pricket Design, the Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce and the Village of Glen Ellyn, were proud to present JazzFest Glen Ellyn from 3 to 10 p.m. Saturday, July 10, in downtown Glen Ellyn, IL.

The free event, which draws a crowd of more than 3,000 jazz fans each year, transforms Main Street from Crescent Boulevard to Pennsylvania into a jazz oasis. Drury Design was once again a proud presenting sponsor of this successful community event to promote the central business district of Glen Ellyn.

“’It was a great night. The weather almost perfect and the tweaks that were made to improve the event created the best experience ever for our guests,’ said Jim Drury, Vice President of Drury Design. ‘I really believe that this was a showcase for downtown Glen Ellyn. Thanks to all of the presenters, sponsors and to the artists, of course,  for making it such a remarkable event.”

JazzChicago.net called this year’s JazzFest, ‘Another truly successful festival’ citing the ‘sparkling set’ from Jo Ann Daughtery’s trio and  the ‘intricate, lightning fast guitar interplay’ of Andreas Kapsalis and Goran Ivanovic’s guitar duo.
