A Refreshing Suburban Kitchen

Ample amounts of storage and a timeless, traditional design are the hallmarks of this suburban kitchen. We used soft hues and warm natural materials–such as custom gray-colored Grabill cabinetry, a dark-stained hickory island and quartzite countertop–to make this comfortably sized kitchen bright and welcoming. Storage is plentiful thanks to the use of pull-outs on either side of the range, appliance garages, and tall pantry cabinets.

Other touches include raised panel cabinet doors, a white apron front sink, and arched valances. Stainless appliances and the use of soft gray tones add a touch of the modern.
