This remodel was achieved by incorporating an existing brick bump out while also maximizing storage throughout the space. The homeowner desired a more formal look that would blend well with the homes historic features. The goal was to have a light and bright space using a minimal color scheme. Storage was important as the homeowner desired a clear countertop, no clutter!
A new heated floor and custom radiator were incorporated into the space while a traditional black and white theme carried through the floor with a black marble border and white marble inset herringbone pattern. This theme continued on the sink wall with an updated water-jet cut, elongated diamond tile. For maximum storage, a tall linen cabinet with a basket attached to the door and recessed, Robern medicine cabinets were added.
