The Drury Design Difference. Experience It For Yourself.
After your initial consultation with your designer is when the fun really begins. The planning phase! Our team will walk through several floorplans and layouts for you to sit down and look at. Your designer will help you weigh the pros and cons of each design without overbearing, and combine elements until you have an agreed upon perfect space!
Pick Your Palette.
Next, you will review the proposed drawings and decide on finishes, materials, and cabinetry. No detail is too small to include in this phase. This is where your design starts coming together! You will receive 3D renderings of your space so you can easily visualize everything coming together. You and your designer will spend however long it takes until you have all the materials you need for your remodel. You will come into the showroom to touch, sample, and experience all materials before making the final decision. We want you to be confident in every choice you make, and your designer will, of course, be there to offer any and all guidance along the way!
Review Time.
Next, we’ll review the final plans with you and go over every detail, no surprises here! You’ll comb through all prices before you sign your contract, using our precision pricing model. And then, once you’re ready, confident, and satisfied, you give us your autograph and we give you a schedule and begin your remodel. You’ll know exactly when we’ll start and our target completion date. You will know who is in your house every day and what they are working on. As always, your designer will be available and checking in on the job site to ensure everything is moving along as planned.
Show Off & Finishing Touches
We’ll take you on a final walk through, answer any remaining questions and create your punch list of any changes or fixes that need to be made to make you happy. We won’t leave until your satisfied.
